SEED PROBIOTICS
You may have seen me posting about my love for SEED. I am a big fan, and use them everyday. If you are looking for a probiotic, this is the ONE…… Look no further. The science behind the brand is incredible, I will explain in brief below. THE SYNBIOTIC SCIENCE
Seed’s probiotic is called the Daily Synbiotic. The science is complex, but essentially, most of the bacteria we carry around actually helps keep our bodies healthy. We’ve been told so much that we need to sanitize, bleach, and get germs off of everything. And yes, it’s wise to wash your hands and clean surfaces. But, we are also missing out on many good strains of bacteria. Good bacteria help foster a healthy gut, microbiome, digestive system and immune system. And that’s where probiotics come into the picture.
Seed is a Synbiotic – defined as a “combination of prebiotics and probiotics that together, promote gastrointestinal health by improving survival and adherence of live microbial dietary supplements”. In simpler terms, the idea behind synbiotics is that adding prebiotics to a probiotic supplement can help ensure the digestion-friendly microorganisms arrive in the gut alive and well for optimal update and value.

The science behind the brand is incredible and you can read all about it on their website, it’s truly fascinating (if you like geeking out on such things like me, it is definitely worth the read!)
I take my seed every morning, with my lemon water, on an empty stomach. I notice a considerable difference in my digestion since committing to the habit. You can suspend or cancel a subscription at any time, they make it very simple. Seed sends you a travel vile which I love, so you do not have to decant all your tablets.
Seed also has a pediatric formula, making it very simple to get them into your children’s diets specifically designed with a “how do i get my kids to take this’ ‘ perspective! It provides all of the same benefits as listed above, it’s also a great source of additional fiber into their diet. Fiber can be so difficult to incorporate into a child’s diet yet is crucial for health of the gut biome and immunity .
